Blasting onto the small screen, imitating the success of another movie spin-off Twitter feed for faster news and bad jokes right hereTron: Uprising episode 1 review: The Renegade Part 1How Tron's mythology is expanded in Tron: EvolutionTron: Evolution: origins, elements and inspirationsThankfully, knowledge of either film is unnecessary as this opening gambit, The plot sees adventurous youngster Beck (voiced by Ring Boy, Elijah Wood) kick off a revolution in his home Argon City in The Grid (the creation of which we witnessed in the first movie). I like Tron: Uprising. And so Beck becomes his protégé. It has that same funk/electronica from Tron:Legacy and that other-worldly sound, but it is in no way a "clone". Although "Tron: Uprising" had been around for quite some time, I started watching it on Netflix a week or two ago - and it is awesome in every way. Posted: 6 Jul 2012 5:53 pm. Usually when mention is made of the score to the 2010 film TRON: Legacy, blissful ignorance yields only that film's composers in one's mind: electronic duo Daft Punk. I would highly recommend the Tron: Uprising soundtrack to anyone who has watched and enjoyed any of the Tron movies, especially the Tron: Uprising series! I've never felt like such a bad ass. Both scores are similar, having the same driving rhythm and treatment of music themes - it is obvious that the same hand wrote them (Daft Punk's role notwithstanding). It's a really good listen and fits well with the episodes. Your work with Daft Punk in the Tron: Legacy soundtrack is legendary, and your legacy of excellence continues on with Tron: Uprising.
Hello
Rock on! Although Wendy's soundtrack from the first Tron movie is different from Daft Punk's soundtrack and this soundtrack for the animated series, They all are good representations of the visual they support. With Elijah Wood, Tricia Helfer, Charlie Bean, Elizabeth Ho. Quite frankly, I think Tron Uprising has the best music of any animated show to be found on television, even beating out my fondness for the quick quirky songs in Adventure Time, if anything, because of the consistency of the quality of the music throughout any given episode of Tron Uprising.
