if its a @RoyalMail issue (since its in their care currently but not being delivered tomorrow) then why wouldn't you use another service who can actual get it to the customer on time?

It's not been working for 2 days now! A mistake was made with my claim for a lost parcel and there doesn’t seem to be anyone @RoyalMail keen to resolve the issue. I have contacted customer service and all my delivery offices near me, with still no progress.

Their automated phone payment system isn't working either. We seem to get about one delivery a week, there are packages which are over a month late, a Coronavirus took so loner to arrive it was out of date and broken.
