It's not been working for 2 days now! A mistake was made with my claim for a lost parcel and there doesn’t seem to be anyone @RoyalMail keen to resolve the issue. I have contacted customer service and all my delivery offices near me, with still no progress.

Their automated phone payment system isn't working either. We seem to get about one delivery a week, there are packages which are over a month late, a Coronavirus took so loner to arrive it was out of date and broken.
