I have asked both ******** (accounting) and ***** (the owner) for the keys for our property and to transfer the tenant deposits back but it appears they are refusing. James and the whole team were courteous and professional throughout whilst being sympathetic to an elderly relative who was in self isolation. The last time I talked to ****** (the new head property manager) about an issue at one of our properties, his reply was "I'm not sure, I'm mostly in the office".
