It is likely hardware-related. Security is top of mind for many these days. Cancel or turn off recurring billing. If you're updating your child's subscription, make sure you sign in with their account, not yours. Uninstalled the drivers, reset the battery settings in the command prompt, restarted my computer, updated it, and even manually released the tablet and plugged in the charger directly

When both batteries are at 20%, the clipboard will charge to 85%, and then both batteries will charge to 100%.
